Simon Molyneux, LMT

You may notice my funny accent, I was actually born in England and raised in London where I competed at the national level in both swimming and triathlons. Prior to becoming a massage therapist I worked as a Personal trainer assisting many clients to reach their health and fitness goals.

In 2006, I completed the International Therapy Examination Council Level 3 Certificate in Sports Massage Therapy from St. Mary’s College in London and graduated from A New Beginning School of Massage in Austin, Texas in 2011 where I became a Licensed Massage Therapist.

I stay very active in the Central Texas area fitness community and participate in various competitions throughout the year. 2017 was another successful year where I earned a Spartan race ‘Trifecta’ (3 races total) for the 3rd time. I also competed in the Austin Fit Magazine – Austin Fittest competition where I finished 6th in my age group.  After competing in the team division for the past 3 years, I decided to compete as an individual and qualified for the Camp Gladiator CG Games Finals finishing 19th in my age group. More recently I like to race in the big running events in Austin like the Cap 10K and the 3M and Austin Half Marathons.

In my spare time I like to read, paddle board, and hit the local trails with my two Australian Shepherds Asher and Phoenix. See you out there!!
